An exclusive wine dinner featuring wines from Château Palmer will be hosted at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila on January 20th at the hotel's helipad.

Château Palmer is the top estate of the Margaux appellation after Château Margaux, with over two centuries of history. Palmer is a third classified growth in the appellation in the Bordeaux region of France.
Enjoy a 5-course French dinner to be prepared by Sofitel Manila's newly appointed Executive Chef Denis Vecchiato. The exquisite menu will be paired with 5 different Chateau Palmer wines that have incredible complexity. The subtle balance between the aromatic richness and powerful yet estrained tannins make Palmer a wine of incomparable charm.
