St. Patrick’s Day celebrations are conducted to pay tribute to one of Ireland’s most revered patron saints. Social Scene brings you to an experience that unveils America’s love for the fascinating culture.

2018 Chicago St. Pat’s Whiskey Festival

Join the special St. Pat’s Whiskey Festival that will excite your taste buds, so get ready to engage your senses and connect with the community for an enjoyable moment. Immerse in an intimate setting with whiskey brands and representatives showcasing their products.

Participating liquor brands include KOVAL, Copper Dog, Cody Road Distilling, Mississippi River Distilling, Milestone Brands and Glendalough Distillery. Social Scene partnered with these brands to educate attendees about each of their flavors. More brands will be announced soon.

The 2018 Chicago St. Pat’s Whiskey Festival is happening at Lion Head Pub (2251 N Lincoln Ave) and Tobacco Road Taproom (2249 N Lincoln Ave). Lion Head Pub is an Irish-themed sports bar with plasma screen TV sets, food and drink specials, while Tobacco Road Taproom offers a nostalgic vibe and serves house cocktails. It will run from 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. CDT.

Each package has a two-hour whiskey tasting, featured food and drink specials, a chance to vote for the top brands, special whiskey giveaways, ride credits, and more. Portion of proceeds benefit local charity.

2018 Chicago St. Pat’s Bar Crawl

If you think you can stay somber for more, join the 2018 Chicago St. Pat’s Bar Crawl. The bar crawl will feature bars across the city with food and drink specials.

Social Scene has partnered with great spaces to accommodate attendees and provide the best experience to the community. Some of the participating venues include:

Additional venues will be added too. The bar crawl will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will run until 5:00 p.m. CDT.
The package includes gift cards, drink specials, St. Pat’s Medallion, photo hunt and online contest for Best Green Group Photos, ride credits, and more. Portion of proceeds will go to local charities.
