Bristol based software firm iSmart Technology Ltd has been shortlisted for a national Landlord & Letting award in the Software category for it's web site SmartPropertyManager.com, which allows landlords and letting agents to manage their property portfolios online.

Trophies will be presented by TV presenter, businessman and landlord Craig Phillips, winner of the first ever Big Brother series, at a glamorous awards ceremony in Birmingham on Wednesday 17th November.
