Designed specifically for working with Surface Mount Technology, Smart Tweezers ST5 model features Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) measurements, continuity and diode testing, component sorting and an estimated 6 times higher accuracy than older models.
With a patented mechatronic design, Smart Tweezers have very low and well defined parasitics that are easily eliminated with a semi-automatic offset subtraction. With the parasitics removed, Smart Tweezers can measure as low as 1 milliohm and 1 picofarad while measuring for Capacitance and Resistance, as well as a fraction of microhenry with Inductance measurements.
