Smart Itcentre announces the launch of a new software as a service named as VisitorCheck.in. As the name suggests, VisitorCheck.In is a Digital Visitor Book for all kinds of organizations be it an SMB, MSME or Large Corporates and Enterprises.

The dashboard of this new service provides information about how many pre-registered visitors are going to visit the premises, what is the objective of their visit and how many visitors are in the premise on each day. They can also push emergency alerts if required in case of any evacuations.
This software is high on compliance and provides your visitors with readable terms, and conditions and an 'Opt-In' tick box’, allowing the visitor to agree and receive further communications. Furthermore, the visitors should agree to the company privacy & visitor policy before ‘signing-in’.
One of the key aspects of GDPR is the 'Right to Erasure' more commonly known as the 'Right to be forgotten'. The visitor has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. The VisitorCheck.In does not store data on the iPad or Tablets, so if the device does go missing, a data breach will not be a concern. The solution does not display a list of visitor names or employee names, therefore keeping all details private and confidential.
