The company will debut the Raspberry Cream Smartcake® in March, available for the first time ever at Natural Products Expo West from March 5 through 9 in Anaheim, California. The product will be available for sampling at booth H912.

The new flavor is perfect for spring and could be enjoyed with keto-friendly whipped cream, topped with fresh berries or mixed up with Smart Baking’s signature Lemon Smartcake® in a smoothie, as well as on its own.
Like all of Smart Baking Company’s Smartcakes®, Raspberry Cream has just 38 calories, with 5 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein. They are gluten- and wheat-free, keto- and diabetic-friendly and non-GMO.
The company also makes Smartbuns®, which have the same gluten-free and nutrient-dense base. They have just 72 calories, with 10 grams of protein and 12 grams of fiber and come in two varieties.
