During his coursework at Penn State University, Hollabaugh worked on this capstone project to highlight the effects of stigma and success on employee mental health, which can significantly impact a company’s performance and workplace culture. Hollabaugh detailed the most effective ways to fight stigma and implement an effective plan to develop a more informed workplace that places employee mental health as a priority.
