Girard, in a collaborative effort with the editors and dermatological consultants at skincareadvisors.com, has published an e-book, "How to Reduce Wrinkles, Expert Tips to Maintain Vibrant, Younger Looking Skin."
Within the publication, Ms. Girard details the various culprits associated with skin wrinkles and facial lines, such as sun damage, improper use of skin creams and moisturizers, stress and ineffective diet, and then gives a step-by-step approach to assist men, women and children construct a plan on what really works to reduce wrinkles with a focus on non-invasive healthy skin care therapies, natural facelifts and natural skin rejuvenation.
"My desire was to produce a book that would be the foundation for individuals to implement a skin maintenance regimen that would best meet their needs," Girard said. "My personal focus has been on easy non-invasive treatments - including many simple, inexpensive natural recipes - that have proven to be very successful in reducing wrinkles. The book also addresses state-of-the-art medical advancements that are having positive results, such as Botox and skin peels."
According to the author, initial assessments of the book show that Girard has written and published a winner.
