Skin Institute Opens in Taranaki
Skin Institute now offers a full range of beauty therapy, appearance medicine and surgical procedures whilst also introducing an extensive range of cosmetic surgery, varicose vein and skin cancer treatments to the Taranaki people.
- (1888PressRelease) December 22, 2011 - General practitioner and appearance medicine physician Dr Brent Anderson (who founded SkinCare Taranaki) has partnered with the Skin Institute and brings with him his experienced team - Clinic Manager Tania Grieve, Senior Beauty Therapists Renee Kensington and Rose Bedford and registered Nurse Kara Walsey.
Skin Institute Taranaki is currently offering FREE SPOT CHECKS. This includes up to two spots/lesions that you are concerned about to be checked by a doctor for free. "Early detection is the key," says Dr Anderson.
An exciting procedure that's new to Skin Institute Taranaki is the Endovenous Laser treatment for varicose veins. Specialist surgeon Mr Steve Benson will be travelling from Auckland regularly to carry out these procedures with the assistance of Dr Anderson.
The on-site Beauty Therapists carry out a full range of beauty services, along with Cosmetic Tattooing plus laser treatments for hair removal, pigmentation and red veins. They offer FREE SKIN CONSULTS, which allows clientele to enquire about and get the information they need regarding their skin concerns and the treatments and products available to help them. "No problem is too big or too small," says Tania.
Other procedures available are Sclerotherapy for varicose and spider veins, facial injectables/fillers for lines and wrinkles, lip volumising, liquid face lifts, as well as cosmetic and surgical removals.
