(1888PressRelease) August 15, 2012 - SIP Resources, a leading tin exploration and mining company headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, will host its annual general meeting of shareholders and investors at 11:00AM (local time) on this Tuesday. The annual financial reports are also scheduled to be released after the market closes on that day.

Following the formal meeting, a presentation will be given by Co-Founder, CEO and President of SIP Resources Dr. Patrick Janssen, Co-founder & Director Mr. Yasif Susilo Nadoor and Vice President and Director of Operations team Dr. Mahyadi Yudhoyono. The presentation will contain a comprehensive update about the company's current exploration and development activities. In the meeting the company will also present its new Shareholder Rights Plan (SRP) for the very first time in public. So basically the whole event will highlight the company's substantial recent success and will also provide necessary guidance on SIP Resources' future plans and initiatives.
