The melamine foam plastic, provide by SINOYQX, is similar with BASF Bastotct series in terms of chemical and physical properties, and applications. It is of three-dimensional grid structure and has 99% opening rate with high sound absorption, high flame retardancy, and high environmental protection, therefore, it is used in industry, building, transportation, aviation, and daily-use commodity chemical industry, etc.
The melamine foam plastic, provided by SINOYQX, is manufacturing by SCC (Sichuan Chemical Company Ltd). For sound absorption applications, because of its three-dimensional grid structure and high opening rate (the opening rate of melamine foam with density of 10kg/m3 is 99%), sound wave, therefore, can go into the innermost of foam conveniently and effectively and transformed to vibration of grd, thereby being consumed and absorbed and eliminating reflected wave effectively as well. And the tests showed that sound absorption factor is with 0.85-1.07 in terms of 315Hz-500Hz low-frequency noise when melamine foam has a thickness of 8cm.
