In the advertisements staff ask the question "Is your service good enough?"
The first television and print campaign focuses on changes made to the companies network, including the increased presence of compliance officers and an open door policy domestic clients to discuss their financial needs in private. The television commercials capture staff enthusiasm by ending with the voice over 'OK how can we make this better?'.
