Simplysmart Child Care Centre March break camps 2013
SimplySmart child care centre has started registering for March break camps for 2013 for 6 to 12 year olds. Parents can choose between the Creative Craziness and the Scientific explorer camps for March.
- (1888PressRelease) January 27, 2013 - Mississauga, Ontario - The March break camps run for week of March 11th & then for week of March 18th. Timings are 8am to 6pm. Lunch and snacks are provided since there is an onsite kitchen & fresh food is prepared every day.
The children in the creative camps will be doing activities like mask making, tie dying, bath bombs & soap making, legume mosaic etc. They will also be attending a workshop on colour magic where they will learn about paint & mixing colours & canvas art. The children in the scientific explorer camp will be doing activities like making ice cream, coloured crystals, making volcanoes and attending a slime workshop. Children in all camps will be doing yoga almost every day & will be involved in different kinds of games, sports, walks etc. weather permitting.
Creative Craziness - The kids let their creative juices flow as they work on different forms of art. Kids will attend the color wonders workshop and will be involved in the activities listed above.
Scientific explorers- Kids explore the world of science and makes ice creams, colored crystals, volcanoes etc. They attend a slime workshop. They also enjoy different activities listed above.
SimplySmart Camps have limited spots but have a variety of activities for children. They run for the extra weeks that the private schools are closed. The counselors are selected carefully who can engage the children every day in all the activities at the camp. Healthy meals are prepared by the on-site chef based on Health Canada food guidelines.
