    About the Author:
In 2003, at just 36 years of age, Simon was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Not even this degenerative neurological illness could affect his total commitment to Queens Park Rangers. The 2015-2016 campaign saw Simon and his son Joshua renew their season tickets, all but guaranteeing another nine months of stomach-churning, high-octane twists and turns by a club that always seems to test the nerves of their supporters.

Treacle’s review of “A Life Worth Living”:
5.0 out of 5 stars Inspirational and Entertaining
    Reviewed on 3 August 2013

“A moving story of one man's determination/fight against Parkinson's in order to continue living a happy and fulfilled life.

The book takes you from Simon's early childhood to present day and how being diagnosed with Parkinson's at 36 years of age impacted every area of his life.

Simon is a truly inspirational man. I highly recommend this book. I couldn't put it down.”

Karen Grant on “Living By My Rules”:

“Living By My Rules, an eloquent insight into the daily struggles of living with an incurable, degenerative disease such as Parkinson’s disease. Simon’s stories of his early life will transport you back to a far simpler time; the 1970s. Amusing tales which will stir fond memories in all but the youngest readers … Flares, scooters, Mods and of course a nostalgic look back at his beloved football; especially QPR. This book will make you laugh and it will make you cry but, what shines through is Simon’s ability to laugh in the face of adversity and his dogged determination to kick Parkinson’s into touch.”

Peter Howard’s review of “QPR – Away Day Travels”:

5.0 out of 5 stars Five Stars
    Reviewed on 20 May 2017

“A must-have for any QPR fan, but particularly those of us who travel away to watch the boys.”
