Siklus launches refill solutions for Indonesian businesses, already adding new business customers such as PT Nusantara Timur Propertindo, PT Mecosin, and The Indonesia Channel.

After enjoying significant traction with Indonesian consumers adopting Siklus’ refill solutions, the Siklus team decided to explore opportunities to provide refill solutions for business customers.

One of the first businesses to sign up with Siklus Refill was PT Nusantara Timur Propertindo (NTP Investments), a leading property and investment firm. Erwin Soeyanto, President Director of NTP Investments, talks about why his company decided to start using Siklus Refill.

With Siklus’ refill solution, businesses can easily purchase FMCG products that are regularly used or consumed in the office, such as soap, hand sanitizers, coffee, Milo, and more. Once ordered, the items are delivered by Siklus delivery bikes direct to the businesses’ locations. Siklus is also looking to add delivery bikes with larger storage capacities to its fleet, allowing them to handle larger orders from business customers.
Siklus Refill Solution - Suitable for Small, Medium and Large Businesses:
While the Siklus model seems ideal for small and medium businesses who usually purchase their consumer products from retail outlets, larger companies have also started to use Siklus.
For PT Mecosin, one of Indonesia’s larger companies who usually purchases items in bulk, there is still a regular need to purchase certain consumer items on a regular basis for activities and events, and for locations that are low on supplies.
