Sick of Cards Against Humanity? Enter CoolCats & AssHats
It's like the Newlywed Game, Truth or Dare, and Cards Against Humanity had a pretty awesome threesome.
- (1888PressRelease) March 01, 2016 - CoolCats & AssHats is a silly new party game that will turn your average pre-game into a ridiculous night to remember. Unlike the majority of drinking games, CoolCats and AssHats never gets old because stuff actually happens. Every round is completely random, immature, inappropriate, and sometimes shame inducing...
Your goal is to guess what your friends like and dislike. If you're right, good things happen. But if you're wrong, there's a strong chance everyone else will be laughing at your expense.
Here's how it works:
Dude/tte #1 lays 5 "Subject Cards" face up for everyone to see...
Everyone guesses if Dude/tte #1 likes or dislikes each Subject card.
Dude/tte #1 then tells everyone if they like or dislike each card. While funny stories are shared, scores are tallied. Person with the most correct guesses wins and least correct loses.
If there's a tie for the most correct or least correct guesses, a "Tiebreaker Card" is drawn to determine the winner or loser (aka CoolCat or AssHat).
The person with the most correct guesses draws a "CoolCat Card", reads it aloud to the group, and does what it says...
After the CoolCat goes, the person with the least correct guesses draws an AssHat card and does what it says...
After the round is over, fill it up again. Next up is the person to the left of Dude/ette #1.
Here's what comes with each game:
Subject Cards: 300 cards
CoolCat Cards: 50 cards
AssHat Cards: 50 cards
Tiebreaker Cards: 75 cards
Scorecards: 100 scoresheets
Here are the gameplay versions:
Version #1
"The Works" - Play exactly as you see it described above.
Version #2
The "Foreplay is Fun" Version - Play with Tiebreaker and CoolCat/AssHat cards only. Pick a buddy and draw a Tiebreaker card. The winner of the Tiebreaker draws a CoolCat card and the loser draws an AssHat card.
Version #3
The "Icy Hot Lube" Version - Play with CoolCat/AssHat cards only. Take both decks and shuffle them together. One at a time, go around the room, draw a card, and complete the task. Pray you pick a CoolCat card.
Version #4
The "Pull Out Method" Version - Play with Subject cards only. Use them to break the ice, or to play Pictionary, Charades, or some other stupid game.
Version #5
The "Parent Play" Version - Same as full version, but with fewer cards since you'll have taken out the ones that offend old people.
