Shyam Viswanathan Rejoins SOIL As Executive Director
SOIL (School of Inspired Leadership), a unit of Grow Talent Co. Ltd. today announced the appointment of Shyam Viswanathan as Executive Director- Strategic Initiatives starting December 1, 2010.
- (1888PressRelease) December 03, 2010 - New Delhi - Shyam rejoins Grow Talent where he was the CEO of the Executive Education Division from 2005 to 2008 before becoming an Independent Consultant. He will be instrumental in implementing the Executive Leadership Program as an alternative to executive MBA and an Enterprise Leadership Program for the C- suite of the corporations.
Shyam brings along 29 years of experience in configuring and delivering solutions to large corporations in India, W. Europe, Asia Pacific as well as the United States in areas as diverse as Process Design, Knowledge Management and Technology Based Training.
Shyam has been an Associate Dean of Executive Education at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and has led the design and delivery of Leadership Development initiatives for more than 50 different organizations in the United States, Europe and Asia. He has also been a teacher and Executive Coach for many years.
