Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) December 10, 2011 - FAM Entertainment Theater company, NFP has joined Shoya Bowman, author of "Goodbye Don't Always Mean Gone" in taking action against domestic violence and HIV/AIDS. On MARCH 9th and March 10th 2012, The stage production "Love's got a hold on me" will be showcased in honor of Women's History Month as well as National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NWGHAAD), where theater goers will visualize the trickle down effect of various abuses including: substance, sexual and physical that ultimately brings otherwise tight relationships to a halt.

There is no secret that an open exchange of dialogue regarding domestic violence remains a guarded topic. FAM Entertainment Theater Company's goal is to incorporate drama with more conventional information, education, and communication, bringing toxic relationship behaviors to the forefront of our community while empowering women and teen girls.

Women's History Month highlights the generations of women whose commitment to nature and the planet have proved invaluable to society. "Our shared history unites families, communities, and nations. Although women's history is intertwined with the history shared with men, several factors - social, religious, economic, and biological - have worked to create a unique sphere of women's history."
