ShoreTel receives top scores for speed of deployment, quality of experience, and product road map.

In this evaluation, ShoreTel was cited as a "strong performer" and some of its top scores were for speed of deployment, quality of experience, and product road map.

Forrester used a combination of data sources to arrive at its results, including hands-on lab evaluations, vendor interviews, product demos and customer reference calls.
