Shockwave Motors in Competition for Pepsi Refresh Everything $250,000 Grant
Shockwave Motors is in the competition for a $250,000 grant from the Pepsi Refresh Everything Project! They are also holding a contest to give away five copies of the book, Electric Cars: The Switch is On.
- (1888PressRelease) January 09, 2011 - Shockwave Motors has been accepted to participate in the competition for a grant from the Pepsi Refresh Everything Project! If you are not familiar with that, it's a program that awards grants to all kinds of projects ranging from community service to efforts to improve the environment. This is a great opportunity for this progressive start-up company to receive funding to build body molds, equip a shop, order parts, and begin scalable production!
They are also holding a contest to give away five copies of the book, Electric Cars: The Switch is On. To enter the contest, download a copy of the "I voted today for a greener tomorrow calendar" and every day check off that you voted (either on the website or by texting).
