Mainly two liquid filling machines are available - Volumetric Filling Machine and Overflow Filling Machine. Both of these are available in automatic and semi automatic nature. The semi automatic volumetric liquid filling machine is compact, versatile and has elegantly matt finished unit. This machine is totally enclosed in stainless steel and having most of the features of automatic machine. This machine is designed to fill two bottles and has the ability to fill any other shaped containers. The containers are manually placed on to the container platform. The filling nozzle automatically enters into neck of the container and fills the liquid as per set of volume. The filled container are removed manually and replaced by empty ones. The automatic volumetric liquid filling machine works same as semi automatic, just a difference is the bottles came automatically for fill. So, no extra person needed in filling process and it can fill two or more containers in one filling shot.
The SOF, or Semi Automatic Overflow Filling Machine, is the second automatic machine on display. The SOF is designed to fill all types of plastic, metal and glass containers.
These fillers are ideal for filling foaming materials such as shampoo, soaps and other free flowing products. The machine has two, four and six filling heads so it can fill two, four and six containers in a single filling line with the filling size 100 ml to 5000 ml. In automatic overflow liquid filling machine the no of filling head is available as per requirement.
The Automatic Overflow Filling Machine, which made its debut at Sharp Pharma Machinery, will be on display with all other necessary equipments, which is the foundation of Sharp Pharma Machinery.
