Shape the World Conference appointed World Council members
The leading Asian platform for Asian leaders seeking to re-imagine business models and connecting with new partners, Shape the World Conference 2014, announced the appointment of 4 distinguished leaders to the Shape the World Conference's very first World Council.

• Mr. Pham Dinh Doan, is currently CEO and Chairman at Phu Thai Holdings, Vietnam
• Mrs. Mai Trang Thanh, is currently President at Honeywell, Vietnam
• Dr. Vu Dinh Anh, Economist, Vietnam
• Mr. Colin Thoms, is currently CEO at Fast Flow Group, Singapore
This appointment with the World Council will commence with immediate effect.
The World Council's role is to provide an influential thought leadership and advice to ensure that Shape the World movement continues to be centred around our six core Issues - Better Organisations, Design as an Enabler, Values-driven Leadership, Inclusive Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Innovation, Smarter World. The distinguished members of this council are leaders in their own fields and possess a wealth of knowledge. They will be using this experience to help participants move toward transforming Asia's enterprises to make a meaningful difference in their daily work.
These include CEOs & Presidents, Political leaders and Civil leaders from Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, Myanmar, Phillipines, Singapore, USA and Vietnam.
The Shape the World movement will tap on the Council's expertise to incite thought-provoking, disruptive and constructive conversation amongst participants. Starting this year, participants of the Shape the World Summit will discuss and explore ideas in connection to these six core issues, seeking new ways to achieve a better company through solving problems related to the core issues.
The upcoming Shape the World Summit 2014 will take place on 14th August in Vietnam and on 4th of November in Singapore.
