Strategically located in key manufacturing zones and transit points around the world, SGS continues to invest in and upgrade its toy testing laboratories to meet rising levels of client demand.

Vietnam: New Toy Laboratory in Hai Phong
In northern Vietnam, SGS's new toy laboratory in Hai Phong, is now ISO 17025 accredited by the Vietnamese accreditation body VILAS. The local team now boasts the capabilities and accreditations to serve the market requirements for the US, Europe, Canada, Japan, International, Austria/New Zealand and Vietnam.

The accreditation scope includes:
• ASTM F963 (USA)
• ISO 8124 (international markets)
• EN 71-standard (Europe)
• ST-standard (Japan)
• SOR (Canada)
• TCVN 6238 (Vietnam)

India: Full Capability Manesar Laboratory
The SGS toy laboratory in Manesar now has full capability to test for local and international markets. The lab holds local NABL accreditation, which has been mandatory for toys imported to India since September 17, 2017.

Manesar’s accreditation scope includes:
• ASTM F963 (USA)
• ISO 8124 (international markets)
• EN 71-standard (Europe)
• IS 9873 (India)
