Servomex Achieves The Planet Mark Sustainability Certification
Servomex has achieved sustainability certification from The Planet Mark - an independent and impartial accreditation supported by the Eden Project.

A relatively new certification, The Planet Mark is an independent and impartial accreditation supported by the Eden Project. It is available to all businesses, buildings and projects committed to improving sustainability, with the aim of working with businesses and organizations worldwide to tackle climate change via a people driven program. The Planet Mark gives organizations an understanding of the real benefits of sustainable business practice and puts them into action using tool kits, with the support of its experienced sustainability team.
Steve Walter, HSE Manager at Servomex explains the significance for Servomex: "As a global business, sustainability is a very important element of our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility. The Planet Mark program has helped us to achieve goals whilst providing transparency across our UK business, and may be extended to our entire global operation."
Servomex's Environmental Management System drives improvement across the environmental impacts of day-to-day activities and considers the life-cycle impacts of products. The Planet Mark program was implemented and certification achieved as the result of Servomex's commitment to reduce its carbon footprint (in terms of emissions) by 5% year on year.
