(1888PressRelease) September 06, 2024 - The companies revealed today that, in the most recent open announcement of the OV PMA technology implementation, Service Electric Cablevision has selected the OV PMA solution in order to expand the coverage and stability of the company’s broadband services.

OpenVault Company would provide service electric cablevision with tools such a PMA innovation in order to expand the bandwidth remedies and performance to its subscribers in northeastern of Pennsylvania. OV PMA product of OpenVault is designed to manage modulation profiles employed by DOCSIS 3. 1 cable modems OFDM(A) channels. These profiles are then repeatedly checked and tweaked daily depending on shifting RF impairments so that the end users ‘quality of service is optimized. This leads to an increase of network carrying capacity by up to 40 percent and increases the reliability of DOCSIS 3. 1 modem hence is an important feature especially when impairments are present.
