Through this grant award, the SER YouthBuild Construction Institute will continue to change lives through education, empowerment, and the chance for participants to build and serve their community.
In addition to remarks from Mayor Duggan, the event will focus on recognizing the many employers who invest in our graduates by providing employment opportunities and making it possible for them to succeed and improve their quality of life for themselves and their families.

SER Metro-Detroit, Jobs for Progress, Inc., in partnership with the Wayne County Health on Wheels Mobile Health Unit and 10 local healthcare providers, will be providing complimentary healthcare screenings for residents of Southwest Detroit.
