Sequent Creative Launches Intranet Portal for Kootenai Health
Sequent Creative partnered with Kootenai Health to revamp the health system's Intranet.

This eight-month project included an intensive discovery phase, project management, design, development and content migration.
Sequent first determined the tools needed to improve internal communication within Kootenai Health via gap analysis. Despite having a strong communications department, Kootenai lacked an advanced, centralized portal to share information with employees. The system needed to be scalable, flexible and user friendly.
Sequent identified organizational requirements and matched them with "out-of-the box" solutions. Additional needs were addressed with custom applications. After extensive research, Sequent selected the enterprise marketing solution from Kentico as the new content management system because it offers various communication tools, allows custom applications and integrates with SharePoint 2013.
"The Kloud is a game-changer for our internal communication," asserts Jennifer Bean, corporate communications coordinator and project leader for Kootenai Health. She says, "We now have the professional design and tools needed to reach our employees in an effective manner."

This launch comes on the heels of the award-winning launch of Kootenai's external website, KootenaiHealth.org, also a Sequent Creative endeavor.
