Sept. 22-23: Encelium Technologies to Exhibit at IIDEX/NeoCon Canada
Attendees Will Get Inside Look at Company's New Polars 3DTM, a First Software Application of its Kind in the Lighting Control and Energy Management Arena.
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) August 19, 2011 - Encelium Technologies will showcase its innovative energy management and lighting control systems at IIDEX/NeoCon Canada, Booth #121, on Thursday, September 22 and Friday, September 23, at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto, Canada. At the exposition, attendees will get an insider's look at Encelium's new Polaris 3D, its next generation of lighting control software for the company's Energy Control SystemTM (ECS).
A web-based application, Polaris 3D provides an industry first 360-degree, three-dimensional view of lighting energy use in a building or complex. The software is used to commission, configure and manage Encelium's ECS, which has been proven to cut lighting energy expenditures by 50 to 75 percent and significantly reduce CO2 emissions. With Polaris 3D, users will no longer need to navigate through single floors, or a 'tree architecture,' to reach a specific control zone. Instead, they will get a 3D, colorized thermo-graphic view of system parameters to identify areas and trends of lighting inefficiencies throughout a building.
"Innovations like Polaris 3D bring energy management to a whole new level," said Rick Schuett, vice president of sales for Encelium. "IIDEX/NeoCon will serve as the ideal platform for Canada's design and architecture community to get a first-hand look at Polaris 3D and its ability to provide users with unprecedented control over their property's energy use and costs."
ECS is the most advanced lighting control solution for commercial buildings on the market. Since the company's founding in 2001, ECS has been installed in more than 40 million square feet of commercial space across North America and Europe. The company has experienced tremendous growth, posting nearly a 100-percent annual sales increase during the last two years.
Now in its 27th year, IIDEX/NeoCon, Canada's National Design Expo & Conference, is owned by Interior Designers of Canada and managed by MMPI Canada. IIDEX/NeoCon draws more than 15,000 professionals including designers, architects, facility managers, and end-users from across Canada and the bordering states.
