Since joining Sempris in 2003, Mr. Weatherly served as Director of Merchandising, leading the company's successful merchandise sales initiatives, as well as overseeing the promotional strategies of popular Sempris programs.

Previously, Mr. Weatherly held executive leadership positions in the merchandising and marketing divisions of Target, Best Buy, Fingerhut, Staples, and General Electric's Major Appliance Business Group division.

Mr. Weatherly earned his undergraduate degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois, and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with a concentration in Marketing and Finance.
