SealDry is the first product of its kind to be launched using crowdfunding. Company Founder John Douglas thinks it's the perfect way to begin rolling out such an innovative product:

SealDry uses nanotechnology to create a barrier around each fibre of any fabric that is visible only at nanoscale. Liquids glide off right off, leaving surfaces dry and stain-free without affecting the look, feel or breathability the treated fabric.
For the next 45 days, Indiegogo will be the first and only place that SealDry is available. Upon successful funding, SealDry will begin fulfillment and anticipates delivery in early March, 2014.
