Scuba Sport Magazine Releases Inaugural Issue
Announcement of new Scuba Diving Magazine hitting the market.
- Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) December 22, 2011 - Scuba Sport Magazine, LLC is proud to announce the release of its inaugural issue. The bi-monthly diving/underwater lifestyle magazine that introduced itself to the diving community at the 2011 DEMA show in Orlando, will begin hitting mailboxes and arriving in dive centers as early as December 23rd.
The magazine not only focuses on diving destinations, diving news, diving equipment and issues affecting the diving community, but also provides special information at the end of every destination article about activities to engage non-divers while their significant others are out on the dive boat. Although there will be at least one exotic destination in every issue, the main focus of coverage will be the US East and Gulf Coasts, Florida, Bahamas and Caribbean.
"One of the most common questions that divers receive when pitching a travel idea to their spouses or families has always been "What am I (the kids) going to do while you're out diving?". We understand this dilemma. Which is why we include amenities, activities and adventures to keep the entire family engaged while you're chasing barracudas, sharks and sea turtles." said Scuba Sport Magazine publisher Joe Froelich.
"We're thrilled that the diving community has been so receptive to our new publication. Upon its release, Scuba Sport Magazine will be already available for free at over 200 participating dive centers located in 37 states, 3 countries and 2 US territories." Froelich continued.
Froelich is no stranger to the diving community. He has had articles and/or photos published in Sport Diver, Scuba Diving, Skin Diver, Southern Diver, Dive Training, Discover Diving, Florida Underwater, and Dive Report Magazines. He also served as a featured columnist for the Scuba News where his photos graced the cover a record 20 times, and EcoFlorida Magazines. He also has photos in the books: REEF Creature ID, Ned Deloach's Underwater Florida, and Reef Fishes.
For a limited time, the magazine is offering FREE one-year subscriptions. Please visit the website www.scubasportmag.com and fill out the subscription request form. Or, site visitors can look up their nearest participating dive center and stop in to pick up a copy. There will also be a digital version available on the site scheduled to post shortly after January 1, 2012.
