ScreenConnect which has historically provided remote support and remote access capabilities now extends its functionality to include a self-hosted alternative for online meetings, presentations, and webinars. ScreenConnect is a self-hosted, all-inclusive solution for troubleshooting problems, accessing computers or servers, and now hosting meetings or presentations with an unlimited number of guests. Included with the 3.0 release is a new streamlined UI with easy access points to frequently used features, enhancing the overall experience.
The new ScreenConnect 3.0 build represents a monumental change to the UI that allows for more fluid interfacing for all three aspects: remote support, remote access, and online meetings or webinars. The release provides easier access to menus and features-a style challenge that replaces the traditional file menus with a more graphical representation. Additionally, the UI easily flows between the various use models, providing simple access points to the proper tools, features, and menu options relevant to the particular use model.
