ScreenConnect is a self-hosted remote support solution for troubleshooting and accessing computers or servers remotely. With the release of version 2.5, ScreenConnect now provides central server installers for Mac and Linux machines while expanding its feature set with a new auditing page, a centralized toolbox stored on the server, an 8-bit medium screen quality setting, and more.

Though ScreenConnect supported hosts and guests on Linux and Mac machines, the central ScreenConnect web application was restricted to Window's operating systems. The latest release has now expanded the footprint to include Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
