  • (1888PressRelease) December 05, 2012 - New York - ScottMadden, a management consultant firm, announced recently they will be Title Sponsor at the 17th Annual North American Shared Services and Outsourcing Week (SSOWeek US). The event will be held in Orlando, Florida at the Hilton Orlando from March 4th to the 6th, 2013, hosted by SSONetwork.

    SSOWeek US is a knowledge-share platform that promotes networking between shared services and outsourcing professionals through workshops, case studies, interactive panel discussions, benchmarking best practices and lessons learned. In 2012, 850 shared services and outsourcing executives from the US, Canada and South America joined 61 sponsors and exhibitors for the 4-day event.

    ScottMadden will be leading 2 pre-conference Workshops. The first "Shared Services 101," covers the fundamentals of designing, building and implementing a service delivery center. It aims to show participants how to construct a winning business case that generates support for the shared services concept. The workshop is scheduled for 1:00pm on Monday, March 4th, 2013.

    The second workshop, occurring at 3:45 on Monday, March 4th, covers the topic of next generation SSC's and creating the next layer of value. It aims to enable an environment for continuous improvement and obtain best practices.
    Additionally, Sam Poston, SVP of ScottMadden will be Chairing the Main Conference Day Two, Tuesday, March 5th, 2013.
