Science Parkway is "Back to Earth" with their new mixtape available online today
New Alternative music group Science Parkway releases mixture "Back to Earth".
- (1888PressRelease) December 04, 2010 - Detroit MI - After being away for a year Science Parkway is "Back to Earth" bringing back an innovative, compelling and beguiling sound for eclectic ears available via download. If placed in a genre they would be considered alternative but this dynamic duo brings a blend of punk, rock, electronica, r&b, emo, and new wave with a dash of Hip Hop on this critically acclaimed project.
Science Parkway, is the musical collaboration between Gairyd Fuller (Gee) who works as the groups vocalist, producer and writer and Jason Vaughn (JV) who serves as the duo's composer, writer and producer. On Back to Earth they give listeners 11 mind-blowing tracks with eight completely original recordings by the duo. Their single "Suicide" chorus samples the theme music from American television series M* A *S* H with the words "Suicide is painless and it takes on so many changes, and I can take or leave it if I please." Two other tracks each cover exceptional songs, one being "Street Lights" by Grammy award winner Kanye West and the other "Say Yes" from the late rock artist Elliott Smith.
"I don't want people to be content with labels. They should make what they want to make, live life the way they want to live and with no boundaries." shares Gairyd "Gee' Fuller. "This is what freedom sounds like." Once you download this mixtape, you'll have the pleasure of experiencing freedom.
