SchoolRack is now part of Leading Capital portfolio
Leading Capital SGPS ("Leading Capital"), a private holding with interests in IT Solutions, entertainment, and social media, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire SchoolRack, a web-based learning management system built to enhance communication outside of the classroom between teachers, students, and parents.

SchoolRack has made significant strides in education since its inception in 2003, having grown its service to hundreds of thousands of teachers and millions of students worldwide.
