School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) invites applications for the post graduate management programs
The School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), a management school co-created by 32 leading companies of the country, announced the admissions for its post graduate programs. The one year full-time programmes include Business Leadership Program (BLP), Marketing Leadership Program (MLP) and HR Leadership Program (HRLP).

The eligibility criteria for the MLP and the HRLP program is a graduate degree (students in final year of graduation can also apply), while BLP program requires candidates with three years of full time work experience after graduation.
The consortium of leading companies, from across Industry verticals, who partner with SOIL, contribute to curriculum design, student selection, research, student mentoring and placements. SOIL offers Post Graduate courses across three disciplines, mentored by best faculty including global academicians, international consultants and industry practitioners. Some of the key highlights of the programs include: individual student mentorship by corporate leaders, using theatre based simulations for learning, leadership development workshops, live consulting projects, Social innovation program etc.
SOIL has seen an overwhelming response from the leading corporates during the last placement season. The highest salary package for the Business Leadership Programme amounted to Rs 21.87 lakh.
