School of Inspired Leadership launches Emerging Leader Booster Program
School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), a management school co-created by 32 leading companies of the country, launched the Emerging Leader Booster Program (ELBP), its new executive program for working professionals.

With an Application Focused Curriculum, highly qualified faculty, one-on-one coaching and Action Learning Projects, ELBP is ideal for functional managers in production, quality, finance, sales, marketing, etc. who are looking to progress into general management roles.
Organizations like Indus Towers, Dr. Reddy, Maruti Suzuki, Schneider Electric, Mahindra, ABFS, SRF, Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, Becton Dickinson, Tata Teleservices, Kohler, Lava International, ACC, Airtel and ICICI Bank have joined the consortium for this program and have also nominated their employees.

One-on-One Coaching: A key feature of the program is one-on-one coaching for each participant by industry veterans.
Action Learning Projects: Action Learning Projects are an integral part of this program that will enable the participants to implement their learning in real-life scenarios.
Curriculum: The curriculum has been designed to enable participants to better understand the correlation of diverse functions in an organization. The Emerging Leader Booster Program is spread over a year and classes are conducted for six continuous days every quarter. In the interim period, students work on online material and Action Learning Projects back at their organisations. . The program is priced at Rs. 4.9 lakhs per participant, which includes tuition fee, course material, coaching and accommodation.
