(1888PressRelease) December 16, 2012 - School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), Gurgaon based business school today organized "Meeting of Minds", convergence of bright young minds from schools, colleges, corporate gifted a platform to voice their opinions and ideas and come up with solutions to some of the vital issues. The event featured an eclectic blend of the wisdom of the experienced and the enthusiasm of the youth, on the same platform. The daylong event witnessed the presence of eminent panelists like Anish Shah, President & CEO of GE Capital India; Mansi MadanTripathy, Head of Marketing, Shell Lubricants; renowned activist Vinita Singh, Trustee, We The People and Sonal Kapoor, Founder and CEO, Protsahan, Justice Sodhi who has been pivotal in bringing justice in the Jessica Lal case.

Woven around the theme, 'Creativity & Leadership', MOM 2012 looked at exploring the difference which 'YOU' can bring to the future of India.The forum laid emphasis on power of innovation to get a competitive edge. Additionally it intended to explore new possible ways of idea generation, critical thinking and role of creativity in thinking and decision making. The forum was an attempt to help solve issues starting from raising awareness to generating ideas, identifying some of the key challenges that lie ahead and come out of a solution and transforming those ideas to action.

The day-long event was divided intosessions on emotional quotient, effective leadership, building creative enterprises with a workshop on exploring the 'creative geni-in-us' .The forum focused on exploring the difference 'YOU' as the future of India can make.

2012 Meeting of Minds is SOIL's endeavor to provide a platform to the youthto share their perspectives to influence politicians, professionals and the media. The forum provided a platform to the network of young people to demonstrate their capacity for advocacy, communication and negotiation, and their commitment to challenging injustice.
