(1888PressRelease) July 02, 2011 - Like Beijing, Scarlett reinvents herself with the seasons. This summer, Scarlett is opening a new terrace, with a seating of up to 30 persons. Scarlett terrace will welcome guests and regulars, for chill out days and fizzy party nights.
On her new terrace, Scarlett shows life in multicolor, and not only through the colorful Hotel G façade and its funky window lightings: the new summer menu specially designed by French Chef Thierry Danzas includes new signature dishes such as duck breast with peach (RMB128nett), salmon fillet with crushed potato, shallots and capers (RMB128nett), Bouillabaisse in saffron broth (RMB78nett) and a mouth watering French classic "Parfait" dessert (RMB58nett). Scarlett will also be organizing a daily Happy Hours from 5 to 7pm
