Sax Macy Fromm & Co., PC Names Joshua Chananie as Principal
Ten-Year Veteran's Focus is Firm's Not-For-Profit Industry Service Group.
- Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) August 07, 2013 - Joshua Chananie, CPA, has been named a principal of Clifton, N.J.-based Sax Macy Fromm & Co., PC (SMF), announced Robert Paz, the firm's managing director. The Clifton, N.J., resident joined the accounting and consulting firm in 2003, after earning his B.A. in Accounting from Binghamton University.
"As a service-oriented professional devoted to building relationships with coworkers, clients and industry professionals, Josh has earned this new appointment thanks to hard work, dedication, leadership and commitment to our firm's highest values," said Paz.
At SMF, Chananie's practice area focus is the Not-For-Profit Industry Service Group, where he manages some of the firm's largest clients. He also provides accounting and consulting services to companies in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. An acknowledged leader in the area of accounting and auditing training, Chananie has developed numerous training courses and programs for the firm's professional staff. Prior to being named principal, he was an audit manager.
Licensed in New Jersey as a CPA, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the board of trustees of the Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare Foundation and the Barat Foundation.
