Savvy Ladies Announces New Executive Director
The Savvy Ladies Board of Directors has chosen Lisa J. Ernst as the new executive director.
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) April 29, 2014 - Following a nationwide search, the Savvy Ladies Board of Directors unanimously selected Lisa J. Ernst as the organization's new executive director.
Ernst was selected for her strong leadership skills and her commitment to fostering Savvy Ladies' positive role in empowering women through financial education. Ernst's extensive background in non-profit business operations, program development and her clear vision of the organization's potential for moving forward with new programs and initiatives was a determining factor in selecting her.
"Lisa Ernst is a multi-talented individual, bringing strong leadership, administrative, volunteer and board management as well as strong fundraising skills to Savvy Ladies. The search committee, the board and the staff unanimously agree that she is the best choice to lead Savvy Ladies into its next phase of expansion and growth," said Stacy Francis, Savvy Ladies Founder.

Ernst is an accomplished professional delivering strong results for not-for-profit and fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Best Buy and NBCUniversal. She has demonstrated expertise across multiple functional areas including strategic planning, community outreach, grant writing and marketing. Ernst replaces Savvy Ladies' Executive Director Regina Ryan, who is moving on to pursue other interests.
