Save The ta-tas Announces 2012 Scholarship Contest
The Save the ta-tas Foundation announces a scholarship contest for cancer patients and survivors.
- (1888PressRelease) August 23, 2012 - Los Angeles, CA - Save the ta-tas Foundation founder Julia Fikse announced today the 2012 save the ta-tas Scholarship contest for students who struggle with or have survived cancer. Contestants will enter inspirational essays and videos about their moving journeys battling cancer and how they intend to use their experience and education to help others. "Spreading stories of joy and hope is critical to the struggle against cancer," said Julia, "this contest will be a platform for sharing these moving stories of perseverance and hope with the world."
Two grand prize winners will each receive a $1000 scholarship. Four first prize winners will each receive a $500 scholarship. One second prize winner will receive $250 with BookRenter textbook rentals. Two third prize winners will receive a $50 value gift package.
"Our hope is that our winners will thrive and be beacons of hope that inspire us all and that we inspire them to laugh" said Julia.
