SAT MindSpeed: A unique program helping increase speed, comprehension and confidence on the SAT
Iris Reading and Test Prep NY announce a unique, integrative new program designed exclusively for students taking the SAT.
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) April 21, 2011 - Successful performance on stressful, high-stakes tests like the SAT is not just a matter of memorization and practice - mastery of strategies and achieving the right mindset are just as important.
Iris Reading, the largest speed-reading organization in the U.S., and Test Prep New York/TPNY, the first tutoring company to fuse traditional test preparation with personal empowerment techniques, are proud to announce a unique, integrative new program designed exclusively for students preparing to take the SAT.
This six-hour course increases students' reading speed and comprehension of the Critical Reading section while providing valuable insight, focus, and confidence in overall test taking abilities.
At a time when SAT scores are increasingly decisive in the admissions decision process, effective strategies are more important than ever to provide students with an extra edge. In SAT MindSpeed, students learn tools to access a positive, balanced mindset and implement advanced reading and SAT-specific strategies.
The SAT MindSpeed course will benefit students at all levels, including those who have already completed a different SAT prep program or been diligently preparing independently.
"What TPNY and IRIS have done is revolutionary, bringing together two companies that are unquestionably leaders in their fields, each known for their innovative approach and proven results," said Bara Sapir, TPNY's Executive Director.
