Adding to her momentum will be another feature film, expected out later this year, in which she co-stars with veteran film actor Danny Glover. Sara Castro is no stranger to performing, having been doing so since she was a small child in her native Chicago. But it wasn't until after college that she decided to make the move to Los Angeles and go all out for her chosen field. She has already shown a knack for picking the right projects and for being picked by the right people.

One of her current films, "Halfway To Hell" has been selected for several key film festivals and has already garnered a number of awards. The Danny Glover film, "The Shift," won the award for "Best Feature Film Audience Choice Award" at The Palm Beach International Film Festival recently. In both films, Castro plays key characters, central to the main story arcs.
