Sara Castro Becomes Brand Ambassador For Lizzie Driver Golf Apparel
Actress Is Excited To Represent The California-Based Clothing Line.
- (1888PressRelease) October 19, 2013 - In what is fast becoming one of her most exciting weeks, Sara Castro has agreed to become a brand ambassador for the Lizzie Driver line of stylish golf wear. The agreement caps off a week in which Castro's latest film, is also screening at two prominent film festivals, The Orlando Film Festival and the NYC Independent Film Festival.
"This is so exciting and I am so happy to work with Lizzie Driver," Castro said about the agreement. "The stylish clothes fit my lifestyle perfectly, easily worn every day, no matter what's on my agenda and I love the fit and feel of the clothes! So this is a great relationship."
Lizzie Driver is the brainchild of two Los Angeles women who wanted to create gold apparel for women that was not only functional but also stylish, feminine and flattering. They also wanted it to be clothing that was as at home on the golf course as it was elsewhere. They succeeded in launching the brand and now are looking to expand its recognition. Working with an actress on the move, like Castro, makes perfect sense then.
In addition to the film screening in New York City and Orlando this week, Castro will also be seen soon on another major film project, one in which she co-stars with well-known film star, Danny Glover. In the feature film, The Shift, due out in early 2014, Castro plays a distraught mother trying desperately to help keep her daughter alive against terrible odds. She also has a leading role in the just released DVD, Baseball's Last Hero: 21
Clemente Stories. She is indeed a rising star and representing Lizzie Driver is the latest in what looks to be a long successful career.
