- (1888PressRelease) March 22, 2013 - Santander Consumer Bank, a subsidiary of Santander, has achieved top place in this German league table for the fifth time.
A study by the independent research institute CRF has for the fifth year running selected the Santander Consumer Bank as best employer in Germany for reasons including the fact that it offers the most possibilities for employees to develop their professional careersas well as the best work conditions.
Another of the reasons for it having once again taken the number one spot is due to its top score in the category of employee trainingand business culture.
The study by the CRF Institute - a leading research organisation working on employee certification and brand image - awards companies with outstanding business qualities in terms of staff practices and policy. It is based on interviews conducted with employees frommore than 100 companies, who are asked a wide range of 60 questions. This questionnaire touches on subjects such as employment opportunities, career development possibilities, benefits, work-life balance, training and development, and corporate culture.
Georg Maar, head of Human Resource Management at Santander Consumer Germany, said: "We are pleased and proud to receive this important award again, for the fourth year running". A good result in this study is important, because new graduates and young professionals in particular view it as a guide for finding the best places to work.
