Romans' Auctions team is giving you the opportunity to bid on the most magical property in the world; Santa's grotto.
(1888PressRelease) November 28, 2013 - The one-of-a-kind fictitious grotto is being sold on behalf of Mr S. Claus. It has fantastic access to the Arctic and it's close to the mainline sleigh station. The grotto enjoys stables complete with nine reindeer and an off-snow parking space for a large sleigh.
The fictitious grotto is being sold complete with a luxury John Lewis hamper and a contributed Nordman Christmas tree from Longacres nursery.
All proceeds from the festive lot will be donated to the Romans Group's charity of choice; the Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service.

There are over 25 real properties being sold at Romans next auction including; a converted church in Winslade, a transformed cinema in Farnborough and a plot of land extending to 13.8 acres in Finchampstead.
St Mary's Church is set in the North Hampshire countryside and was rebuilt in 1816. The church's recent conversion is modern and spacious with an open plan living and kitchen area spanning 12m, and a galleried bedroom on the first floor.
