In the MYRTLE package the ancient tradition of the ayurvedic massage meets the "Vapour Baths" hammam, a real wellness ritual marked by the passage through rooms with different temperatures: Tepidarium, Calidarium and Frigidarium. To make more intense the beneficial effects of the "vapour bath"
there is the purifying treatment with the rassoul, a soap clay rich in mineral used by the women in the Middle East to take care of the beauty of hair and body.
A real pearl of the JUNIPER package is the oleation with the Argan oil included in the Alhambra hammam programme. Very rich in antioxidant and vitamin E, this oil is deeply moisturizing and fights the free radical responsible of the ageing. To complete the package: a specific facial massage, an aromatherapy massage and the immersion in the Submerged Sounds bath, where to be cuddled by the embrace of the warm water and the sounds of nature.
