Jim Simcoe will be hosting a new event in September for green real estate investors of all levels and experience.

This event aims to help its participants learn how to cheaply turn any property green, leverage billions of dollars available in rebates and stimulus funds, understand the basics of green retrofits, and create a sustainable business that supports their values and communities. The summit is open to anyone wishing to get involved in green real estate investment.
The event is split up over the course of two days, including a variety of information sessions, and will be hosted at the Catamaran Resort in San Diego.
